Co-op development Projects
Some projects I have worked on as a treasury manager for the 'Turing House' co-op.
I have created a comprehensive revenue and expense list for June and July that has assured 16 other house members that we will have some net reserves after paying all expenses. This is a significant achievement, as it demonstrates my ability to effectively manage our finances and ensure that we have a sound financial footing.
The revenue and expense list is a detailed document that includes all of our income sources and expenses. It is clear, concise, and easy to understand, and it has been well-received by the other house members.
In addition to the revenue and expense list, I have also created a budget plan for emergency reserves, house improvement projects, and the creation of an event fund. This budget plan is designed to ensure that we have the resources we need to meet our short-term and long-term financial goals.
